Sonoma Properties was founded in 1993, as Prudential California Realty Property Management. Over the years, the name has changed but the commitment to provide personal and professional service has remained the same.

Get to Know the Staff

Jennifer Powell – Real Estate Agent/Property Manager.

Jennifer, originally from Minnesota, is a licensed real estate agent and has been a professional property manager for over 10 years. Over the course of her 10+ years at Sonoma Properties, Jennifer has supervised various facets of property management, including pricing properties, advertising, creating and signing leases, accounting, facilitating owner/tenant relationships, homeowner association management, and maintenance oversight. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, John, her two children, and her cat, Kitty.

Brian Mayo – Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor.

Brian has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995 and has been with Sonoma Properties since 1996. During this time, he has overseen all aspects of residential property management: leasing, accounting, owner and tenant relations, homeowner association management, and maintenance oversight. Brian lives in Marin County with his family.

Ann Foley – Rental Agent.

As a licensed real estate agent/broker, Ann has enjoyed helping people satisfy their housing needs for over 30 years. She has served on the board of Sonoma Valley Rotary and has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Regis University-Loretto Heights College (B.A., English) and studied at the University of Vienna. Ann resides in Sonoma and shares her life with her Caim Terrier, Clancy.

Julie Pruitt – Rental Agent/Bookkeeper.

A native Sonoman, Julie has worked at Sonoma Properties since 2012. Julie has degrees in History (B.A., Sonoma State University, magna cum laude), Child Development (A.A., Santa Rosa Junior College), and Theology (TH.A., Calvary Chapel Bible College). Her prior professional experience includes office assistance work and teaching preschool. Currently, Julie handles the bookkeeping for all properties and homeowner associations, as well as assisting the agents in the office.
