Kasandra joined Sonoma Properties in 2023 and earned her real estate license in 2025. With over 10 years in customer service and experience as a licensed insurance agent, she knows how to listen and communicate clearly. She's bilingual in English and Spanish, which makes a real difference in our diverse community. A professional member of NARPM, Kasandra handles applicant screening, tenant concerns, and owner consultations with professionalism and care. She guides clients through every step of the process and makes sure everyone feels heard.

Brandon holds a degree in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho and specializes in maintenance coordination and property operations. He's an expert at managing repairs, overseeing work orders, and solving problems quickly. Fluent in English and Spanish, Brandon is the person behind the scenes making sure tenants get their issues fixed, owners stay informed, and properties run smoothly. His attention to detail and responsiveness are what keep everything working.
